Yes, this year the host hotel is in Westfield Indiana. This is just a suburb 22 miles north of Indianapolis.
- Is there parking there?
Yes there is. Parking is free at the host hotel.
- When does online registration open?
Midwest Bearfest 2024 registration begins Monday April 1st at 9am Eastern Time
- Is there an age requirement for this event?
Yes, you have to be 21 years old on the first day of the event to participate.
- How do I get a room at the host hotel?
When you register for the event, you will get a confirmation email giving you a link to register for rooms at the hotel in Westfield. Use that link. If you try to register without using the link, the web sites will tell you no rooms are available on the dates of the event.
- If I fly into the Indianapolis Int'l Airport, how do I get to the hotel?
You can rent a weekend car online from the Indianapolis international Airport. If debit card it must show a return flight information. Best on those would be Avis, Budget or Payless. Or use a major card at any rental place. Indy has 10 rental places. Plus both have Lyft or Uber best option over taxi.
