Each vendor will have space for one or two tables (you can use your own tables, or the hotel will provide them.) Power outlets should be available in every area. Extra tables may be available for an extra charge. If you just need one table please let us know.
TENTATIVE VENDING TIMES: (Vendor setup begins 9am Thursday)**SET UP 9am to 11am** Thursday 11am-530pmFriday 11am-530pmSaturday 11am-530pm Sunday 11am-530pm Also, please watch for late night hours as the vendors choose when!** Monday 11am-2pm Last Chance Vending. Please use this time to pack up but you can keep selling as you do so.
Anyone that wishes to provide us fliers, coupons or anything to promote in our run bag. Go to the REGISTRATION page, and register each person in your party individually with a VENDOR REGISTRATION ticket. The vendor registration fee is $169.00 per person and allows access to all the weekend's activities and food.
