Host Hotel Information
The host hotel for Midwest Bearfest this year is in Westfield, Indiana. Located 22 miles north of downtown Indianapolis, it is 37 milles from the Indianapolis International Airport (just a short uber drive, if that is your thing.) There is plenty of free parking on the property and each room has a flat-screen HDTV, a mini-refrigerator and microwave. The rate for the hotel in Westfield for our event is $129.00-$149.00/night. Once you register for the Midwest Bearfest event, through Eventbrite, you will receive a link in your CONFIRMATION EMAIL so you can register for your host hotel stay. So be sure to look for your Midwest Bearfest registration CONFIRMATION EMAIL for the instructions! THE HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS OVER THE PHONE.
